Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Fragrance products that have been opened, used, sprayed, or have damaged seals are not eligible for return or exchange, including claims based on scent preference, personal expectations, or subjective dissatisfaction.

Requests for returns or refunds resulting from non-technical reasons, such as changes in personal preference after purchase, will not be processed.
