All orders placed with LÉNOTES will be processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Confirmation & Tracking

LÉNOTES is not responsible for delays or inaccuracies in tracking updates caused by third-party systems.

Incorrect Address & Failed Delivery

LÉNOTES is not responsible for delivery delays or failures caused by incorrect, incomplete, or unclear address information.

If a shipment fails for these reasons, the package will be returned to LÉNOTES. In such cases:

  • Reshipping costs will be the responsibility of the buyer;

  • Please ensure a complete delivery address, including postal code, phone number, and other relevant details at checkout.
